Jon Stewart returned to “The Daily Show” on Monday, nearly nine years after he signed off as host.

who will host Monday nights for the foreseeable future. “Now where was I

Stewart also weighed in on the changing media landscape and his Apple TV exit before returning to host 

on Monday nights, the Comedy Central late night show. 

Stewart was originally the face of the Emmy-winning late-night series 

(succeeding Craig Kilborn and followed by Trevor Noah), and recently announced his return as host on Monday nights  

They call it Apple TV+. It’s a television enclave, very small. It’s like living in Malibu.  

They decided, they felt that they didn’t want me to say things that might get me in trouble.”
